Instructions for Form Fill-up:

To fill up the form, you need to register first.

1. Enter the Name of Candidate.

2. Enter your Mobile Number.

3. Enter your Email ID.

4. Create any Password of your choice.

5. Tick the Agree box and click on the Register button.

Please select the ‘Login’ button again. Enter your registered mobile number and password, then click on the Login button.
