General Instructions:
To successfully process the application form we request you to kindly fill all fields of the application form.
a) First come first serve (based on application numbers for grades except Grade 11)
Please scan & keep the following documents ready before proceeding to fill the application form:
1. Passport size Photograph of Child(as they look today),
2. Father and Mother's Photograph separately with face clearly visible.
3. Birth Certificate of the child
4. Immunization chart of the child (upto Grade 8)
5. Copy of the latest progress report for applications from Grade 2-12.
6. Aadhar Card of the child
The application will only accept age-appropriate applications.
The age criteria which we strictly adhere to is (please do not request otherwise)
- Grade 1: Born on or before 31st May 2020
- Grade 2: Born on or before 31st May 2019
